Terms of Service

Last updated: January 16, 2026

1. Service

Concilely provides contract-aware invoice analysis: we extract money terms from contracts, analyze invoices, and surface variances with clause evidence. Workflows help you review, approve, and maintain audit trails.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for actions taken using your credentials.

If your workspace requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), you must maintain access to your chosen MFA method. If available, email recovery codes are intended as a fallback for account access and may require you to control the email address associated with your account.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of invoices, contracts, and outputs. You grant Concilely a limited license to process data to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the data you upload or ingest.

We may generate derived outputs (for example, extracted contract terms, expected invoice amounts, and variance explanations) as part of providing the service.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • No attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • No reselling or repackaging of the service without consent.

5. Integrations

Mailbox/API integrations are for ingestion only. We do not post to your accounts. You can disconnect at any time.

Microsoft 365 integrations may use Microsoft Graph with delegated access (your signed-in session) and/or app-only access that requires tenant-admin consent. If configured, we may use webhook notifications and/or polling to detect new messages.

You are responsible for configuring and maintaining the permissions needed for your desired ingestion behavior (for example, admin consent for app-only access).

6. Fees

Pricing is $20/month (Starter) or $50/month (Team) per workspace, unless otherwise agreed. Free trials include all features, and you may cancel at any time.

7. Confidentiality

Concilely will treat your data as confidential and use it solely to provide and improve the service.

8. Audit & Logging

The service may record audit events and operational logs (for example, invoice review actions and administrative changes) to help secure the service and provide traceability.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or outcomes (including extraction accuracy). You remain responsible for payment decisions.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concilely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.

11. Termination

You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms or to comply with law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
